Work on and improve your flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control and agility in our Acro Class for Adults. You will learn the basic jumps and rolls as well as some more intermediate skills like handstands, cartwheels and bridges. Walkovers and more advance skills can also be taught for the more daring students.
