LYRICAL | Friday | 7:40 PM - 9:05 PM | Lyrical is a combination of Ballet and Jazz dance and is an emotionally expressive dance style that pushes today’s boundaries of movement and movement innovation.
Due to technical elements involved with lyrical dance, this class may only be taken in conjunction with a Ballet or Jazz class. Strong emphasis on strength and flexibility. |
HIP HOP | Saturday | 11:05 AM - 12:30 PM | This high energy class will focus on isolations, musicality, and coordination through stylized choreography. |
BALLET | Saturday | 3:30 PM - 4:55 PM | Students should have a good understanding of the proper execution of turn out, placement and port de bras. Teachers will continue to increase the complexity of exercises and introduce new material while focusing on correct technique and coordination. |
ACRO | Saturday | 11:00 AM - 12:25 PM | Dancers must be proficient in flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength. Must have near mastery of walkovers, flexibility skills, and progressions taught in Intermediate level. |
JAZZ | Thursday | 6:30 PM - 7:55 PM | Working on stronger technique for intermediate jumps, turns, and directional patterns Emphasis on control in turns and jumps. Continued focus on flexibility and strength. |
TAP | Tuesday | 6:00 PM - 7:25 PM | Mastering all intermediate level steps. Stronger rhythm foundation with counter rhythms. Learning control of the feet for fast speed. |
JAZZ | Wednesday | 6:10 PM - 7:35 PM | Working on stronger technique for intermediate jumps, turns, and directional patterns Emphasis on control in turns and jumps. Continued focus on flexibility and strength. |
