ANNA GUERRESI
ANNA GUERRESI
Anna, an Italian dancer and teacher, began her journey at age 4, showing a natural passion for dance. At just 12, she left home to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer, demonstrating remarkable resilience and determination. She trained at the renowned Cosi-Stefanescu Ballet Academy in Italy and attended prestigious academies across Europe, including Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Princess Grace Academy in Monte Carlo, and the Vaganova Academy in St. Petersburg.
From 2016 to 2018, Anna advanced her training at Exeldance Project in Turin, where she deepened her classical technique and achieved high rankings in national dance competitions. In 2019, she earned a scholarship to the Victor Ullate Bakthi Academy in Madrid, one of Europe’s most respected institutions. There, she performed soloist roles in productions like Peter Pan and Don Quixote, solidifying her artistic growth. She graduated as a professional dancer in 2020.
In 2021, Anna transitioned to teaching, enrolling in the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala’s three-year program, where she studied pedagogy, psychology, and dance methodology. She graduated in 2024, equipped to guide and inspire the next generation of dancers. Between 2022 and 2024, she worked as a teacher and choreographer at Ginnastica Ritmica Bentegodi Verona, integrating classical dance into gymnastics training.
Now, Anna finds her true passion in teaching, focusing on both the technical and personal growth of her students. She is committed to passing on her love for dance and shaping confident, well-rounded individuals.
« My approach to teaching comes from the deep belief that every dancer has a unique potential that deserves to be discovered, nurtured, and developed. Dance is a discipline, yes, but it is also an act of love and continuous exploration.
Every day, we must fall in love again with the lesson, the steps, and
with this extraordinary art that allows us to express ourselves and grow
together. »
