The workshop is open to ALL. Absolute beginners are very welcome. No experience needed.
Class after class, Miss Nhung will guide you to release your inner movement by not “doing” but by “feeling”.
As a dancer, you will have to forget your technique and as a non-dancer you will learn to trust yourself to truthfully connect your body with your mind.
