Students learn classical ballet technique with an emphasis on line, posture, control, and execution which is taught through both barre and center work. Students work on body alignment and posture as well as developing self-expression through creative movement. Intermediate and Advanced classes focus on pre-pointe exercises strengthening the ankles, feet, core muscles, and posture. Teachers will also focus on professionalism and self-discipline. Ballet students are highly recommended to take 2 classes per of week for optimal growth.
