Class A

Students will develop strength and flexibility, whilst working towards mastering tricks and flips which can then be applied to dance combinations. Students work on cardio fitness, muscular strength and flexibility which is then applied when learning technique. Dancers will learn how to safely develop acrobatic and gymnastic skills including front & back rolls, headstands, backbends, cartwheels, walkovers and back handsprings.
