Level: Beginner/ Intermediate

Ballet Fit: If you want to lengthen out, improve your posture, tone your legs, arms and back and become more flexible then this class is for you. The class is open for every one of all ages and abilities.

Suitable attire: Ballet leotard/top + leggings/short and tight, soft shoes with elastic.
