If you want to lengthen out, improve your posture, tone your legs, arms and back and become more flexible then this class is for you.
40 minutes of warm up and stretching on the floor, followed by 15 minutes on the ballet barre to strengthen, stretch and elongate all the muscles in your body.
The class ends with a pleasurable and easy to follow Adagio combo of 5 minutes to feel all the goodness of the workout.
This class is structured for the beginner level, but also works well as a technique refresher and strengthening class for more experienced dancers.
